Place a Second Call
When you have one call established, with WiLine UCaaS, you can place that call on hold and make a second call.
Using the Dial Padβ
The dial pad can only be used to place voice calls. To place a second call using the dial pad:
iPhone and Android (Dial Pad)β
From the call controls:

Tap
(Hold) to put the first call on hold. -
Tap
(Add Call). The resource panel will display the dial pad:

Dial the number of the second party you want to call and tap (Call).
WiLine UCaaS connects the second call. If you end one of the calls, WiLine UCaaS, automatically switches back to the other call.
Using the Contactsβ
To place a second call to anyone in Contacts:
iPhone and Android (Contacts)β

Tap
(Hold) to put the first call on hold. -
Tap
(Add Call) on the call controls. -
If necessary, go to the
(Contacts) tab on the resource panel to display the list of contacts. -
Select a contact:
- To call a team member, go to (Roster) and either tap on their name directly or type their name in the Search bar and select them.
- To call someone outside your team, under All Contacts, select the contact by tapping on their name or typing it in the Search bar.
Your contacts are displayed in a list, and the Contact Details will open:

Tap the number you want to dial. You will see "work" and "mobile" number options, etc.
Using History β Mobile Onlyβ
You can place a second call using entries in the History or History details.

Tap
(Hold) to put the first call on hold. -
Tap
(Add Call). -
Go to the (History) tab on the resource panel.

Tap the history entry containing the contact you want to call.

Tap Call.. or Transfer....
WiLine UCaaS connects the second call.
If you end one of the calls, WiLine UCaaS automatically switches to the other call.
Swapping Between Calls β Mobile Onlyβ
When you have two established calls, you can swap between them:

Tap (Swap Calls).

WiLine UCaaS places the first call on hold and connects the second call, displaying the name of the remote party for the active call.
WiLine UCaaS provides seamless options for placing and managing multiple calls, allowing you to easily switch between contacts, use the dial pad, or access your call history to enhance your communication experience.
